Damage and shortages occur from time to time. Shortages and/or visible damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of shipment delivery and signature (this applies to any carrier that OED uses). If it is not noted on the driver's delivery receipt and the shipment is signed for "free and clear" then the receiving dealer will be fully responsible for any charges or replacement fees associated with the shipment.
